We are setting up this tribute fund in remembrance of Bridget, loving wife to Andy, a loving mother and devoted gran and a friend to many. Bridget sadly passed away on September 5 2012. This tribute fund is a way of saying thank you for the care and attention she was given in her last few weeks spent in the hospice. We all love and miss her every day.
